£19,650 – £20,043 (pro rata £10,622 – £10,834)
Location: Based at Head Office in Stevenage
Responsible to: Office Manager
· General office duties including report writing, database management, photocopying, diary management, filing, and mailing
· Ensuring good communication with all stakeholders (families, volunteers, referrers, sponsors etc.) ensuring good practice in equality, diversity and fairness
· Accessing, inputting and tidying data on the monitoring and evaluation CRM (customer relations management) system
· Assisting staff to maintain efficient, accurate, and confidential records, including statistics collection and
· Reviewing correspondence and bringing matters that are out of the usual day-to-day matters to the attention of the Board/Operations
· Providing administrative support to staff working remotely and liaising with volunteers when necessary
· Working with all other members of the team to ensure good safeguarding practice in all aspects of the scheme’s work
· Assisting with hospitality for visitors to the
· Assisting with reports, newsletters, minutes of meetings including Management Committee meetings and AGM
· Supporting fundraising events and meetings as
· Attending to other matters in the office e.g. arranging office maintenance, ensuring supplies of stationery and office sundries
· Complying with all Home-Start policies and procedures

·To work alongside Strategic Manager as part of the Strategic team to plan and help deliver community & fundraising events & campaigns.
·To provide efficient administrative support to Home-Start
·To work closely with the strategic manager to assist with the development and implementation of the fundraising
·To take the lead on creating and delivering action plans for a variety of fundraising activities, events & campaigns
·Handle initial service user and fundraising enquiries into the organisation
·Attend meetings with Strategic Manager and team to review progress and
·Undertake event related admin tasks including ticketing systems, online promotion & organisation of marketing
·Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, venues, sponsors and
·General office duties including report writing and database management
·Maintaining good communication with all scheme stakeholders, ensuring good practice in equality, diversity and fairness
·Ensure consistency of corporate branding in all areas
·Prepare newsletters & work closely with the Media Marketing Officer and wider team to put together publicity material via social media and the
·Play an integral part in contributing towards collating information and processing small grant
