Salary NJC grade 26 – 30, starting at £29,636 per annum
Based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Home-Start Hertfordshire is a dynamic voluntary organisation resulting from the merger of six locally based Home-Start schemes. The current organisation is in its sixth year of service delivery. Through our volunteer Family Mentors we support families under stress in their own homes, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown.
We are looking for an inspirational Operations Manager to lead the Operational Team of Volunteer Managers, Group Leaders and Family Mentors, and be responsible for the day to day management of Home-Start Hertfordshire’s service delivery. The foundations are securely in place with a strong, experienced team of dedicated trustees, staff and volunteers who have a track record of delivering a high quality service.
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a demonstrable track record of service delivery within the health and social care sector. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills and have a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable families with young children.
