Covid-19 Advice
Please be sure to follow these common sense precautionary measures to reduce the spread of the virus:
Do
• cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
• put used tissues in the bin straight away
• wash your hands with soap and water often – use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
• try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
Don’t
• do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
Common signs of the Coronavirus are:
- Fever
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Sore throat
- Difficulty breathing

What to do if you develop symptoms:
In the event of anyone developing the symptoms described above and suspect you may have otherwise contracted the Coronavirus. The immediate advice is as follows:
- Stay indoors, and avoid contact with other people
• Call NHS 111 immediately. They will be able to talk to you about your symptoms and offer you medical advice.
• Do not go to your GP or hospital unless you are instructed to do so.
